How much does video production cost?

Productions costs are based on video services needed. Your video project may require three days of video shoots or none at all.  Until we better understand what you’re asking for, there is no way to accurately predict the costs. Every project we do is custom quoted, frankly because no two projects are the same.  Feel free to use our Contact Form to tell us more about your video project. We’ll be glad to run the numbers for you and answer any questions you might have. No pressure, honest!  

In fact, we find with a lot of clients that the act of describing the video project forces them to take a hard look at the project at hand.  For instance, recently a client called asking about a single day of shooting. In our discussion I asked where the two testimonials for the video were to be shot.  One testimonial was in Milwaukee, WI the other in Springfield, IL. Proximity alone dictated that these shoots would need to be on separate days each. Send us your details - we’ll figure it out and get you pricing to work within your video production budget.

How fast can we get a video production completed?

We can turn great video projects fast.  
We have three 4K and HD edit suites and three 4K and HD camera packages ready to get to work - capacity is not a problem.  Start to finish with most video projects is easily accomplished within a month. If you have more time, even better. If you need a video for a specific deadline, let us know that first.  We can work most other details around that.

Often we’re only held back by the companies schedule.  “The xyz machine wont be installed at the plant until the 23rd”.  Let us know of any restrictions up front. We’ve had several corporate clients who could only shoot their safety videos on the weekend.  Not a problem for us, but that means only 8 possible shoot dates in a month vs the regular 20 M-F work days. We will work out a way for our schedules to best align.

When can we start?

As soon as you sign off on the budget and send us a deposit we will begin the pre-production process.  

At that point, we’ll establish a project timeline with you and establish due dates.

From there, we can begin to schedule any video shoots and begin work on the script.
